Journeying Through Grief

Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness.
It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love.
The only cure for grief is to grieve.

Dr. Earl A. Grollman

St. James offers a grief support group to help those who are grieving find understanding companions for the journey and process their experience. The grief support group meets for six sessions held on Thursday evenings, once per month. Each session will begin at 6:30 pm and will be approximately 90 minutes in length. The sessions are sequential and each session prepares you for the next.

The schedule for 2019-2020 is as follows:

October 24, 2019 - Session One
November 21, 2019 - Session Two
December 19, 2019 - Session Three
January 23, 2020 - Session Four
February 27, 2020 - Session Five
March 26, 2020 - Session Six

Should the need arise, additional groups may be formed.
