QUIET DAYS AT CHURCH
- Thursday through Saturday, March 20-22 - The three days before Easter mark the Triduum. The church will be open on Thursday and Friday for prayer and reflection.

Thursday, March 20 - Quiet Day at church
> 6:30 PM MAUNDY THURSDAY LITURGY - Maundy Thursday begins the Triduum, the great three days, in which the Church remembers and re-enacts the events of Christ's Passion and Resurrection. The drama unfolds with foot washing in obedience to Christ's commandment (whence the name "Maundy"), Eucharist, and the ritual stripping of the altar. The consecrated elements of Christ's Body and Blood will be moved to the Altar of Repose, where vigil will be kept throughout the night.
> AGAPE MEAL - Following the service in the nave, we will gather in the Parish Life Center to share in an Agape meal. (If you are planning to eat, please sign the sheet in the hallway so we can prepare accordingly.)
> ALTAR GUILD - All members of altar guild teams are invited and requested to attend the service on Thursday evening and to participate in the stripping of the altar. Please arrive early enough to receive a brief explanation of the procedures.
> 9:30 PM through Friday noon - NIGHTLONG VIGIL AT ALTAR OF REPOSE - "Could you not watch with me for one hour?"  With those words of Jesus from Matthew 26:40 we are invited to watch before the Reserved Sacrament at the Altar of Repose throughout the night of Maundy Thursday until noon on Good Friday. Come and spend some time with the Lord in prayer and meditation. If you are planning to "keep watch" we would be grateful if you would sign up on the list in the narthex.

Friday, March 21 -

> 12:00 PM GOOD FRIDAY LITURGY
> 3:00 PM ORGAN AND SCRIPTURE MEDITATIONS
