Adult Choir
Adult Choir
The St. James Adult Choir is a multi-generational choir, with members ranging from high school and college age on up. This group meets Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9 PM, and for a short warm-up on Sunday mornings, 10:15-10:45 AM. The adult choir leads the congregation in the singing of hymns and prepares an anthem for the 11 AM service each week, Sept. through May. New singers may join at any time, or for a season at a time; we do need additional members in all sections of the choir. The ability to read music is not a requirement; however, the music curriculum from the Royal School of Church Music is available to members of this choir who want to learn music fundamentals.
